About Amanda Nesbitt

Amanda has been a licensed agent since 2009 and specializes in residential sales. She was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and moved to Waco to attend Baylor University, where she earned a BBA in Real Estate and Marketing. To further her knowledge of the industry and market, she obtained the GRI designation in 2015. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Waco Association of REALTORS®, and has received many awards over the years for production.  In 2023, she was the #1 agent in the Waco MLS for sales volume.

 

Amanda and her husband, Joe, have three children. When they have free time, they enjoy attending Midway ISD and Baylor sporting events, walking their golden retrievers, dining at one of Waco's locally-owned restaurants, or fishing Lake Waco and the South Bosque River.

 

Serving her clients throughout the buying and selling process is of utmost importance to Amanda. In every transaction, she is dedicated to putting her clients' interests first, and to providing guidance and constant communication from beginning to end.
